At Bombay Fashion House, all orders are considered final sale.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, size, colour, description, and other information before placing an order.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or does not like the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Any request will be reviewed by Bombay Fashion House. If the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

No Refund

Except where required by applicable law or where Bombay Fashion House specifically approves a resolution for a verified damaged/incorrect product, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is requested before processing, Bombay Fashion House may consider the request at its discretion.
